The nose is spicy and offers a fine airiness in its power as well as a fine grain, relatively intense and a bit tight. It reveals notes
of Madagascar pepper, violet and slight notes of fresh spices associated with touches of fleshy blackberry, fleshy strawberry as well as
slight hints of liquorice and a hint of vanilla. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers juiciness, harmony,roundness, a fine incisive profile,
a discreetly tight grain, a tangy structure, a certain tension as well as minerality. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of juicy/tangy
blackberry, juicy/ tangy blackcurrant and slight notes of tangy/juicy raspberry associated with touches of cloves, fresh tobacco, slight hints
of star anise as well as a discreet hint of fresh flowers and pepper. The tannins are supple and elegant. A fine vanilla note in the finish.
